Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Online Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media engagement, and tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and graphic design platforms. Tele-calling to follow up on leads or B2B sales will also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online product listings and updates on Shopify, Amazon, eBay
• Create and run advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Design basic graphics for social media and promotions (e.g., Canva)
• Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Drive website traffic through SEO and paid campaigns
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with fulfilment partners
• Make tele-calls to leads and customers when required
• Assist with online sales strategies and analytics reporting

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop (basic)
• Strong communication and tele-calling skills
• Must be proactive, organized, and target-driven

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience with email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• B2B or wholesale sales experience
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights
