Job Description

Job Opportunity For Customer Support Executive with Accenture. Mandatory Shift Timing 24/7 Shift Timing (Including Night Shift) Ready to work 5 days work from office L1 Support over call Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer support (international voice). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or tickets from customers in a professional and timely manner. Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate when required. Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and product offerings. Key Skills Required: Requirements : Should have only international voice experience of minimum 1 year. Excellent Communication skills. Comfortable for 10 hours shift and fixed night shift plus travelling hours. Cabs will be provided for pick and drop within hiring zone of 40 km. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or help desk roles preferred.
