Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify new business prospects within the account base and develop strategies to expand relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Professional Services) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop strong understanding of company's products/services offerings and communicate value proposition effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new sales bookings, expansion deals, retention rates, etc.
