Job Description

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design robust backend services, build dynamic frontend interfaces, and ensure seamless data flow across the entire stack. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Build reusable and efficient frontend components with React Design and develop scalable backend APIs and services Manage and optimize MongoDB databases Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration efforts Stay updated on new technologies and best practices Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js Knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling Experience integrating RESTful APIs Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel) Good problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
