Job Title: HR Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.

Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.

2.

Dashboard Development:

Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key HR metrics for stakeholders.

Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly and accessible, allowing for easy monitoring of HR performance.

3.

Predictive Modelling:

Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models for workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine predictive models based on evolving business needs.

4.

Data Governance:

Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate and streamline HR data sources.

5.

Reporting and Insights:

Generate regular HR reports for leadership, providing insights into key metrics and trends.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making.

6.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

Act as a strategic partner in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.

Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
