Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies. 2. Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key HR metrics for stakeholders. Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly and accessible, allowing for easy monitoring of HR performance. 3. Predictive Modelling: Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models for workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine predictive models based on evolving business needs. 4. Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate and streamline HR data sources. 5. Reporting and Insights: Generate regular HR reports for leadership, providing insights into key metrics and trends. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. Act as a strategic partner in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of HR processes and regulations. Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile

HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports (e.g., attrition, manpower status, recruitment funnel, joining reports, training eUectiveness). Performance & Employee Engagement Support in analysis of performance appraisal data and outcomes. Track engagement survey responses, help derive insights for improvement plans. 5. Compliance & Documentation Maintain digital and physical records for audits and statutory compliance. Track and support documentation for medical staU, licenses, onboarding, and background verification. 6. Support to Zonal & Center HR Teams Partner with Zonal/Cluster HR teams to align data insights with people strategy. Assist in center-level audits and help implement HR initiatives at the ground level. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance norms. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4 8 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or analytics (healthcare experience preferred). Preferred Attributes Experience working in a multi-location or healthcare setup. Comfortable with a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
