Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure the plant and machinary are available in good condition to have very minimum breakdowns. . 2. Ensure the maintanance activities are performed with good maintanance practices and ensuring the relevant safety guidelines. 3. Ensure the condition monitoring, preventive maintanance, spare mangement etc are managed for every equipment.. 4.Coordinate with the operation team and ensure the required infrastructure is available for the plants to operate safely and achieve the targets. 5.Monitoring the deviations dailty and ensure implimentation of CAPA . Preferred candidate profile Experience 15-20 Years in well reputed chemical company and last 5 years direct reporting to the unit head/ Director Qualification BE Mechanical
