Manages, resolves, and system emergencies and problems related to systems and environments. Acts as a technical expert or advisor for highly technical solutions concerning specialized application tools, Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Supports full Software Development Life-Cycle for complex applications. Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Defines data models, data definitions, data dictionaries, SQL, PL/SQL, and other database objects, independent of a DBA. Develops system documentation, including designs, technical guides, user guides, and other system documentation. Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG Prepares and manages system tests for complex application systems. Understands large scale multi-tenant software products supporting multiple government agencies. Working knowledge of test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and Microservices.
