Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Core Java Full Stack Developer Experience: 5 to 9 Years Location: Bangalore Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Core Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and React (with Hooks and Redux) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that are robust, scalable, and efficient. The role offers a hybrid work model , requiring 2 days per week from our Bangalore office . Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Core Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture . Build responsive and reusable React.js components using functional programming , React Hooks , and Redux for state management. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle – requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Integrate third-party APIs and work with RESTful services. Required Skills: Strong experience with Core Java (Java 8+) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Proficiency in Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and Spring Data JPA . Expertise in developing and deploying Microservices . Advanced hands-on experience in React.js , React Hooks , and Redux . Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) . Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON . Familiarity with Git , Maven/Gradle , JIRA , and CI/CD pipelines . Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , or Oracle . Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
