Java Development Lead

Java Development Lead is a senior software engineer who plays a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of Java developers in the development and maintenance of software applications. The position actively engages into various aspects not limited to design & architecture, code review & quality assurance, technology research & innovation, project planning and execution. You have: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with12+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development in framework-based development. And 4 years of experience as a team lead. Must have work experience with any of the JavaScript framework (Angular, Node, Kotlin etc). Experience in working with high volume data using Kafka, Nifi etc. Must have prior experience in any BPMN modeling either using Camunda or similar. Must have Java Full Stack, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Kafka, Camunda or Similar BPMN, CI/CD. Experience in RDBMSs (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL DBs. It would be nice if you also had: Exposure in Cloud native development and CI/CD. Understanding of Telecom domain. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java developers and implement best practices for Java development, coding standards, and design patterns. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Mentor and develop junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills. Participate in the design, development, and testing of complex Java applications. Develop and maintain reusable Java components and libraries. Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services- and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Collaborate effectively with other teams, including product management, QA, DevOps, and operations.
