Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers using Java-based software products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand and address their technical inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with development teams to escalate and prioritize customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
Utilize knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and other relevant technologies to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in a Java-based environment.
Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with message brokers like Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
