Experience Level: 5 +years of overall experience with relevant experience in managing andsupporting Devices such as Mac, and Mobiles via Intune and JAMF MDM's. Hands on experience on MS Graph api, Azure Automation, Application packaging. Good knowledge of device security controls and operating systems. PC, Mac, and mobile device security configuration experience, good communication skills, computer savvy in Outlook and Excel, enterprise working experience, and Agile methodology. Provide excellent customer service as this position will be working directly with users to resolve \ configuration-related issues. High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees, management, and vendors tomake independent decisions based on processes and procedures. Primary Skills (Must-have) : Intune MDM, Jamf MDM, Mac, Application packaging, shellscripting, Virtual machine.
