About the Project: Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS), Vidarbha Circle: We are hiring for a prestigious Government of Maharashtra initiative under the Motor Vehicles Department (MMVD) aimed at implementing an Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) across key accident-prone locations in Vidarbha Circle . The project focuses on enhancing road safety, traffic law enforcement, and urban mobility through the deployment of advanced technologies such as ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras , AI-powered surveillance , GIS-based mapping , and centralized Command & Control Centers (CCC) . The system will be integrated with national platforms including eChallan , Vahan/Sarathi , and emergency response services (108/112) to ensure real-time monitoring, automated challan generation, and rapid response to incidents. Tech / B. Tech / B.E Total experience: At least 10 yrs Languages known (Read, Write and Speak): Marathi, Hindi and English Prior project management experience of at least 7 years of handling large and complex projects, with at least one large scale project with Project Cost of minimum INR 15 crores. Excellent writing, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills Project Experience of managing components of Smart City, ITMS Indicative Responsibility: A Project Manager shall be deployed at the Command and Control Center. The project manager shall be responsible for overall coordination with respect to the execution and day to day operations with the MMVD, Highway Safety Police and other on-field officers. Responsible for managing any issues or bugs reported, any security threat reported, any new requirements etc. Managing other manpower, supporting with stationery and other consumables, attendance and access management etc. Responsible for coordination with various 3rd party agencies like National Informatics Center for integration of eChallan, Vahan, Sarathi etc. Shall also be responsible for keeping record of various activities at all locations of the project.

• Manage Subcontractors/Technician/Helper on day to day basis • Report daily and weekly progress as required to the Project Manager • Implementting & resolve issues of the sites related to CCTV,Access control system, ITMS etc. • Flexible in movement from one site to another as per site requirement. • Hardcore execution & service experience in Electronic device installation, Cable (OFC, Power, Data) laying & termination at the various security elements inside the Junction Box, IP camera installation and configuration, POE installation, Switch, Access control kit installation (Magnetic locks, Readers, Exit switches, Magnetic contacts, Biometric readers, RFId readers). •Carry out preventive and corrective maintainence of the site • Build good relationship with customer & peers • Installation, Testing & Commissioning & resolve service issues of the various components of CCTV, OFC, Switches, Access control systems. • good knowledge of ELV systems • Bills submission & Payment collection/follow up from Customer. 23 - 27 years 3-4 Yrs Experience in Electronic Security System / IBMS BE / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, developing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating across teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs/RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements. Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals. Develop accurate cost estimates for projects including material, manpower, and equipment. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, legal) for bid inputs. Track tender status, maintain documentation, and respond to clarifications. Work on post-tender evaluations and assist in pricing negotiations when needed. Required Skills: Strong experience in tendering and costing , preferably for infrastructure or smart city projects. In-depth knowledge of ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management Systems) . Proficiency in cost estimation tools and advanced Excel functions. Excellent understanding of technical documentation , commercial terms , and contract compliance . Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field. Experience with government or large-scale public infrastructure tenders is a plus.
