IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT systems across our restaurant outlets and head office.
Experience: 1-3 years (Hospitality or retail IT support preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & maintain PCs, printers, CCTV, POS systems
Manage internet/network connectivity issues at outlets
Knowledge of firewall, antivirus & data backups
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software purchases
Ensure smooth functioning of billing software & support teams for any technical glitches
Maintain asset inventory, licenses & system logs
Provide quick on-site and remote IT support when required
Requirements:
Knowledge of hardware, networking & Windows OS
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to outlets when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
