Job Description

The IT Support Executive role in the Information Technology department requires you to provide day-to-day technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and system-related issues. Your key responsibilities include assisting staff with desktop, printer, email, and software issues, setting up and maintaining user accounts and workstations, installing and troubleshooting hotel applications, maintaining support request logs, assisting in system updates and backups, coordinating with vendors for warranty claims, and providing basic software training to users. To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Windows OS, Office Suite, and basic networking is essential, along with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time position with food provided as a benefit. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with day shift hours. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person. The expected start date for this role is 15/07/2025.,
