IT Support Executive (Hardware & Software Knowledge) Location : Mumbai / Tarapur / Daman Gender Preference: Male Candidates Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees. Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems and networks. Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment. Install and configure new software and hardware systems. Assist in IT inventory management and documentation. Collaborate with senior IT staff to maintain the companys technology infrastructure. Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime. Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking (Router, Access Point, Firewall, etc.). Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical staff. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. Desired Skills: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP). Familiarity with cloud services or virtual environments. Understanding of cybersecurity principles. IT support certification is an advantage but not required.
