Job Description

Position Title: IT Support Engineer/Network Engineer
Experience: 3+ years
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: On-site
Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Day Shift)
Joining Timeline: Within 0–15 days

Job Description:

Work with a team of engineers and resolve assigned tickets
Remote end-user support
Excellent knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
Hands-on experience with RAID configurations
Knowledge of MS Azure & cloud technologies
Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN issues and Wi-Fi access point configurations
Familiarity with backup technologies like Veeam, Cloud Backup, Acronis
Understanding of Windows Server, Hyper-V, and virtualization
Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DHCP/DNS knowledge
Exposure to firewalls: FortiGate, Palo Alto, Sophos
Firewall policies, VPN tunneling, SSL VPN
Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, CCNA are an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
