Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment
process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, hiring criteria, and timelines.
Use
multiple sourcing channels
(LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to identify top IT talent.
Conduct
technical screening
of candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure a
smooth onboarding
process.
Stay updated on the latest
IT industry trends and technologies
to identify high-potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.
