We are Hiring IT Recruiters (Jr Recruiter, Sr Recruiter, Team Lead) Junior Recruiter with 0 to 1 yrs of experience in IT recruitment. (mandatory staffing exp required) Sr Recruiter with 1 to 3 yrs of experience in IT recruitement (mandatory staffing exp required) Team Lead with 3 to 5 yrs of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory exp of client handling) Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle. You will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top-tier IT talent for our growing team. Key Responsibilities : • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions. • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated with trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in IT recruitment. • Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Experience with recruitment platforms, ATS, and sourcing tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
