We are Hiring IT RECRUITERS , _ Bangalore _ ITPL , Job Title: End-to-End IT Recruiter Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years Location: Bangalore _ ITPL Employment Type: Full Time, We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented End-to-End IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing IT roles. Proficiency in Excel for data management and maintaining a robust candidate database is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate database using Excel and/or ATS tools. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.) for reporting and database management. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and coordination skills.
