Work Location : Hyderabad/Kovilpatti

Number of Positions : 2

Education : Any Degree With 65%

Work Mode : WFO

Roles & Responsibilities :

Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates.
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients.
Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer).
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies.
Handing paperwork for candidates after selection.
Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
