IT Recruiter -Contract Role

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Technical Recruitment Expertise

• Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles (Full Stack Developers, Architects, Data Engineers, QA, Scrum Master and DevOps, etc.)
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, databases)

2. Sourcing & Screening

• Proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), and Boolean search
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical fit and communication skills

3. Recruitment Tools & Systems

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs
• Working knowledge of Excel, email tools, and scheduling platforms

4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and manage stakeholder expectations

5. Interview & Coordination

• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders
• Capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment (corporate or agency).
