IT Full Stack Developer - RAD

As a highly skilled Full Stack Developer joining our dynamic and agile Rapid Application Development team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications. Your key role will involve ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, requiring a solid understanding of both client-side and server-side technologies. You must possess the ability to build efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. A strong grasp of the commodity trading business is essential for this role, as you will closely work with end users to build solutions supporting the full commodity cycle. Operating in a fast-paced commercial setting, you will play a vital role in a data-driven trading environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about software engineering and eager to make a tangible impact in the commodities industry. Your key responsibilities will include managing the development lifecycle of various applications, participating in technical design and development, investigating and resolving high-severity issues, collaborating with Business Analysts, implementing interfaces and integrated solutions, deploying and scaling new instances as required, and proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and performance bottlenecks. In terms of required skills and abilities, you should have proficiency in back-end development expertise, extensive experience with front-end technologies and frameworks, expertise in database management, experience with API development and integration, familiarity with Agile methodologies, exposure to Python, low-code platforms, DevOps and CI/CD practices, cloud services, problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration abilities, commitment to continuous learning, and effective time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience across the full stack, with experience in commodity trading, banking, fintech, or related industries being a positive factor. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. You will be reporting to the Head of IT Trading India within our department.,
