Job Description

IT Support Engineer ERP & Reporting Systems

Role & responsibilities

Provide
technical support and troubleshooting
for Udyog ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Crystal Reports.
Manage
ERP user access, configuration, and issue resolution
across departments.
Design, develop, and maintain
custom reports using Crystal Reports
based on business requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for
ERP upgrades, patches, and integrations
.
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure
data integrity and backup
.
Document technical procedures, FAQs, and user guides for internal reference.
Train end-users on ERP functionalities and reporting tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
25 years of experience in
ERP support
, preferably with Udyog ERP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Proficiency in
Crystal Reports
development and SQL-based data extraction.
Strong understanding of
business processes
in manufacturing, finance, or logistics domains.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
.
Familiarity with
Power BI
or other BI tools.
Knowledge of
ERP implementation lifecycle
and change management.
