Job Description We are seeking a SAP IT Analyst EH&S to join our global IT team supporting environmental, health, and safety systems. The ideal candidate brings foundational experience in SAP or similar ERP platforms and a passion for delivering value-added compliance and sustainability solutions. You will work across SAP EH&S, regulatory labeling, and reporting systems, enabling better decision-making, risk reduction, and integration support across multiple business units. This role suits individuals who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and can communicate effectively across business and IT teams. Skill / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in IT functional analyst roles, preferably in EH&S or compliance applications. Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems; SAP preferred. Understanding of regulatory compliance processes and labeling/reporting workflows. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Motivation to learn and grow in a high-impact, fast-paced global environment. Job Responsibilities Provide global support and continuous enhancement of SAP EH&S and other compliance applications. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional solutions using standard SAP configuration and minimal custom development. Configure and manage SAP EH&S modules and related regulatory platforms (labeling, reporting, compliance). Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, configuration changes, and support processes. Build strong partnerships with Product Stewardship, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure solution alignment. Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement process improvements within regulatory frameworks. Support integration of newly acquired companies into global SAP EH&S solutions. Provide rotational on-call support for high-priority issues and assist with project deliverables during non-standard business hours when needed. Contribute to strategic IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals in areas of innovation, cost-efficiency, security, and employee development. Execute assigned IT projects and tasks as per established deadlines and quality standards. Benefits Competitive Market Rate (Depending on Experience)
