Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure all Statutory licenses are applied for and obtained on time, meeting all legal requirements and deadlines. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents as mandated by the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, ensuring compliance at all times. 3. Accurately complete and submit all required statutory forms (Form 13 to Form 25) under the CLRA Act in a timely manner, ensuring no delays or compliance issues. 4. Ensure that all labor camps are set up according to safety and health standards and are well-maintained to provide a safe and compliant living environment for workers. 5. Vehicle monitoring and ensuring ambulance facility. 6. Oversee the operations of guest houses and canteens, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and providing quality service to all the employees. 7. Identify reliable vendors, manage contracts, and ensure that all vendor bills are processed and paid promptly, maintaining good relationships and compliance with contractual terms. 8. Handling Client audits and statutory bodies inspections. 9. Monitoring employee daily attendance and coordinating with Corporate HR for payroll processing and Statutory return/Challan Submission. 10. General administration activities as per the site requirements. 11. Ensuring employee engagement activities as per the guidance of corporate HR.

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Executive with a strong background in statutory compliance and labor law regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing vendor compliance, statutory registrations, and license procurement processes, with excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Ensure vendor compliance with all statutory requirements and internal policies. Maintain and monitor compliance under BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers Act), ISMW (Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act), and CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act) . Handle the end-to-end process of license procurement and renewals under CLRA, ISMW, and BOCW Acts. Liaise with government authorities and external agencies to ensure timely submission of required documentation. Prepare and maintain compliance records and reports for audits and internal reviews. Conduct periodic compliance audits of vendors and contractors. Provide guidance and training to internal teams and vendors on compliance-related matters. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of compliance issues and risks. Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, statutory regulations, or labor law. Strong working knowledge of CLRA, ISMW, and BOCW Acts . Experience in license procurement and renewal processes for labor-related compliances. Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, government departments, and internal teams.
