IP evaluation during product selections for USA, EU, CA & RoW markets. Support to respond to IP queries from cross-functional departments. Tracking concern patents and applications or periodically tracking new supplements. Tracking patent litigations of Zenara drug products. IP support to Regulatory team by providing Patent or exclusivity certifications and PIL evaluations. Preparation of Global launch calendars across globe for critical drug products. IP support during discovery stage of Patent litigations. Preparation of NI and Invalidity notes and Attorney notes.

Qualification: M. Pharm + MBA Experience: 12 Years + Department: Research & Development (IPR) Designation: Senior Manager IPR Budget: 20-30 LPA 1. Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Project Management (Pre-Prepare Manager) The Pre-Prepare Manager is a cross-regional role reporting to HR, Change and Comms Manager with a focus on preparing transition, the main responsibility of the role is the planning and progress of the preparation activities to start the CORE transition in the OpCo. Responsibilities . Key contact for OpCo Transition Manager or other OpCo representative during Pre-Prepare Phase . Coordination of all Pre-Prepare activities from Central side . In alignment with the OpCo Transition Manager ensure OpCo stakeholder alignment and updates and OpCo pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials as well as defined Tollgate and Exit criteria . Ensure Central & Regional CORE team stakeholder alignment and updates . Regular alignment with Regional Programme Manager . Prepare fortnightly flash reporting to OpCo & CORE PLT and actively participate in relevant meetings . Responsible to ensure all deliverables for Pre-Prepare Phase are completed on-time in-full (OTIF) till Tollgate -1. . Create OpCo Pre-Prepare Plan and coordinate sign-off process . Ensure a proper and complete hand over to Regional Transition Manager after Tollgate -1. . Recognize OpCo change management issues and risks at their earliest introduction develop recommendations and mitigating strategies . Lead by example on collaboration and End-to-End cross-functional thinking . Continuously improve Pre-Prepare process, activities and materials used. . Gather lessons learnt and share lessons learnt across CORE programme and to the OpCo. . Provide regular updates and potential risks on the programme via regular meetings with Regional Programme Managers and/or CORE team. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos/Master&rsquos degree . Years (managerial) experience required in a complex international environment . About This Position This position supports technology development and expert consulting for all types of artificial lift design and troubleshooting (ESP, gas lift, plunger lift, PCP, and rod pump), well performance optimization, problem well analysis, liquid unloading, Well Integrity and general production engineering Responsible for providing on demand technical services directly to MCPs and BU asset teams and supporting projects focused on improving the reliability and performance of wells in general Responsibilities may also include full or part-time participation in subsurface platform activities as Product Owner, Product Line Mgr , etc as needed, Key Responsibilities Analysis and evaluation of Artificial Lift related topics such as design, optimization and troubleshooting as direct support to a BU or as a team member with other SMEs Support to BU in Well Integrity related issues and specifically around Casing Pressure Management, Subsurface safety valves, WellHead valves and well completion Teaming with other disciplines and BU partners, responsibilities may include participation in Production Engineering activities Promotes the use of the WRO Technical Standard Provide consulting and on demand support in production optimization and well performance Supports base business activities in business units Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering, MSc in Petroleum Engineering is a plus Domain expertise in general Production Engineering Experience in Artificial Lift design, optimization and troubleshooting, Proven experience in Well Integrity Management Demonstrated experience in Well Failure reviews and analysis Familiarity with PETEX IPM or any other Nodal Analysis software Experience in production analysis and optimization workflows Preferred Qualifications Broad experience in data analytics and analysis is strongly desired Proficient use and understanding of PETEX IPM Expertise in Data Sciences, including the development and application of machine learning algorithms, to predict AL and well failures, and improve decision-making processes Applied skills in petroleum engineering concepts Familiar with surveillance, analysis, and optimization (SA&O) Capable of planning, implementing, and analyzing surveillance programs Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements The standard work week will be Monday to Friday Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1 30pm to 10 30pm, Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law,
