To be successful in this role, you should ideally be a graduate with any background, although an MBA in HR is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, a data-driven approach, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as complaints handling and grievance procedures will also be essential.
