ABOUT THE ROLE:

“As an Invoicing Associate, you will play a key role in auditing Travel invoices and reconciling bank statement in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Collaboration: Working closely with Travel Co-Ordinator, Travel agent and finance team to ensure proper flow of Invoices and approvals.

Invoice Auditing: Invoicing associates to review invoices and statements and match off approvals and make sure they are audited properly.

Queries Handling: Managing client requests and queries.

Tools: Invoicing associates will get exposure to Conferma Snap and Smartsheet.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Experience: 0–1 year experience in Invoice.

Interpersonal Skill: Candidate should be excellent with both written and oral communication.

Technical Skill: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook will be an added advantage.
