Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with inverter brands and technical teams.
Serve as the liaison between inverter manufacturers and internal departments (sales, technical, and procurement).
Track inverter product updates, certifications, and firmware compatibility.
Assist sales teams with inverter selection, pricing, and availability.
Resolve technical issues related to inverter installation, configuration, or performance.
Coordinate with suppliers on warranty claims, product training, and support documentation.
Maintain a database of inverter specifications, datasheets, and compliance certifications.
Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitive inverter technologies.
Support customers by addressing inverter-related queries and providing technical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
