Coordinate with departments like admissions, nursing, and pharmacy to ensure billing accuracy. Comply with all healthcare regulations and hospital guidelines. Required Skills: 34 years of hands-on experience in hospital billing operations. Good understanding of healthcare billing, insurance processes, and TPA procedures. Familiarity with hospital management software (e.g., HIS, Meditech, or similar). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
