Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA, Medicare, and Final Expense campaigns. Qualify leads based on provided scripts and criteria. Live transfer eligible and interested prospects to licensed agents or sales closers. Maintain call records, notes, and accurate reporting in CRM. Meet or exceed daily and weekly transfer and call volume targets . Stay up to date with compliance standards , product knowledge, and enrollment periods.
