Job Role: International Voice Process
Experience: 6 Months- 3yearsLocation: Planful B16, Raheja Mindspace, Hi-tech city, HyderabadHR Contact: Yasmidha Job Description:We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:-Handle inbound/outbound international calls related to customer service, support, or sales.-Resolve customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.-Update customer information accurately in the system after each interaction.-Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the organization.-Meet or exceed performance metrics like call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).-Work in rotational shifts and night shifts as per process requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:-6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO/KPO/ITES).-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.-Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.-Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.-Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.Preferred Qualifications:-Experience with US/UK/AU voice processes.-Knowledge of sales/customer retention.-Graduate or undergraduate with relevant work experience.Note:-Kindly mention HR name on resume.- Looking for Immediate Joiners
