Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International BPO Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, also candidate needs to Handle about 15 - 30 inbound calls in a day, to assist US-based clients in our travel process. Key Responsibilities: Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities. Handle 15-30 inbound calls from US-based clients and effectively convert them into sales. Work comfortably on the night shift. Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary. Requirements: Minimum 10+2 education preferred. At least 1 year of experience in international sales processes and 6 months in an international BPO. Excellent customer service skills. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Lucrative incentives of up to 4-5 Lakhs/month. 24 paid leaves per year. 6 days off per month. Paid time off on birthdays (with double pay if chosen to work). Leave encashment. 15 compensatory offs.
