About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Intern for 2 months to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to share information, follow up on ongoing projects, collect feedback, and maintain proper call records. If you enjoy speaking with people and have strong communication skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls as per the assigned data list.
• Share relevant information or updates clearly and professionally.
• Collect and document feedback, responses, or data as required.
• Maintain accurate call records and update daily reports.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups.

Requirement:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Comfortable with outbound calling and maintaining a positive tone.
• Basic knowledge of using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to listen carefully and record responses accurately.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
