Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to work with a leading FMCG brand in India! If you're energetic, love meeting people, and enjoy working on the ground — this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: Visit 30–35 retail outlets daily as per your beat plan Take orders from retailers and ensure timely payment collection (cash/UPI) Pick up daily stock & POSM from distributor point and return unused items at EOD Capture and share before/after merchandising images for each outlet Submit daily reports with sales data and outlet feedback Build strong, long-term relationships with shop owners and distributors You’re a great fit if you have: Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a bonus) A two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory) A smartphone for basic reporting and image uploads Confidence, punctuality, and a street-smart attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
