Intern - Sales & Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our General Manager – Business Development (Government Projects) in identifying new growth opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with proposal development. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain exposure to high-impact government projects, including museum development, sound and light shows, and cultural revamping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and tracking government tenders, RFPs, and project opportunities.
• Support research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential client profiles.
• Help create and format business proposals, pitch decks, and case studies.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database using tools like LinkedIn, industry directories, and government portals.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting briefs, and documenting key takeaways.
• Participate in internal brainstorming and strategy meetings.
• Support digital outreach initiatives such as email campaigns and professional networking.
• Help monitor project pipelines, timelines, and proposal submissions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Students or recent graduates in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in government/public sector projects and cultural infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational abilities.
