Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our programs and services. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and learn about the inner workings of an educational startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing schedules and logistics for programs and sessions
Support the management of resources and materials for the learning management system
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
Monitor live classes and provide support to students and instructors
Assist with customer support inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives

As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in operations management, communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
6+ months of professional experience in any capacity (internships included)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
