Intermediate QA Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intermediate QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing eCommerce mobile applications, particularly with SAP Hybris. As an Intermediate QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include developing, executing, and maintaining detailed test plans and test cases for eCommerce mobile applications using SAP Hybris. You will conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and report defects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and designers, to understand project requirements and define testing strategies is crucial. Additionally, you will automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. Documenting and tracking defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting, will be part of your routine tasks. Your role will also involve participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and potential quality issues. Moreover, you will assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies and engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and mobile application testing is essential. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA engineering, focusing on testing eCommerce mobile applications. - Proven experience with SAP Hybris in an eCommerce environment. - Strong understanding of mobile application testing, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing. - Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. - Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).,
