Intermediate Chartered Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, complemented by a good command of English (IELTS Band 6+ minimum).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  
• Conduct detailed financial audits and ensure statutory compliance.
  
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  
• Liaise with UK based clients
  
• Support in tax planning UK accounts including management accounting, bookkeeping, VAT returns, corporation tax return, self- assessment tax return and payroll processing
  
• Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
  
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and ERP solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff and contribute to team development.

Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (Inter CA) qualification completed.
  
• At least 4 years of post-qualification work experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or finance roles.
  
• Proficiency in accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and tax regulations.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English with a minimum IELTS band score of 6+; 7+ preferred.
  
• Experience working with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
