You will be responsible for planning and executing showroom displays, including designing creative visual setups to showcase furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, and modular solutions. Your role will involve creating story-based layouts that demonstrate product usage in realistic home settings and updating displays based on season, promotions, stock availability, and trends. Maintaining brand representation and consistency across showrooms is crucial. You will need to ensure that all visual elements align with brand guidelines, including signage, props, color schemes, lighting, and ambiance. Additionally, you will be required to maintain uniformity in visual merchandising (VM) execution across all locations. Your role will also involve strategically planning product placement to enhance customer experience and maximize interaction with key products. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer preferences and adjusting displays accordingly will be essential. You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and marketing teams to conceptualize VM strategies. Coordination with support staff such as carpenters, painters, and lighting technicians for display setups will be part of your responsibilities. Planning floor moves, window installations, and in-store visuals ahead of product launches or campaigns will also be necessary. Managing inventory of display props, dcor items, and display materials will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to ensure timely procurement or reuse of styling accessories like cushions, vases, rugs, frames, etc. Conducting regular VM audits to ensure compliance with standards and maintaining records of layouts, themes, and performance feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong aesthetic sense and spatial awareness. - Knowledge of interior styling and color theory. - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software. - Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to trends. - Excellent coordination and time management skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple showrooms if needed. Qualifications: - Graduate/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Communication, or related field. - 5 years of experience in retail furniture/interiors/modular industry VM preferred. Working Conditions: - Physical setup of displays and showroom elements is required. - Travel to multiple showrooms/outlets may be necessary. - Work during weekends/festive seasons during major sales campaigns. About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer/Rendering Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is skilled in producing high-quality, photorealistic renders with a deep understanding of interior design aesthetics, render angles, lighting, and furniture staging . You will collaborate with designers and architects to visualize concepts and bring interior spaces to life through compelling visuals that communicate design intent effectively. Key Responsibilities: Create photorealistic 3D renderings of interior design concepts using 3ds Max. Understand and implement design briefs with attention to composition, lighting, camera angles , and overall visual storytelling. Stage and style interior scenes with appropriate furniture, dcor, and textures to enhance visual appeal. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual output aligns with brand and project goals. Manage and maintain 3D assets, material libraries, and project files. Perform post-production edits using tools like Photoshop to enhance final render quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in architectural visualization, interior rendering, or a similar field. Proficiency in 3ds Max is a must. Knowledge of Corona Renderer or V-Ray is highly preferred. Familiarity with tools such as SketchUp , or similar design software. Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production fixes. Strong eye for detail, lighting, texture, and color . Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A strong portfolio showcasing interior renderings is required.
