Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product range. Provide detailed quotations, follow-up regularly, and convert leads into sales. Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints with a resolution-focused mindset. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback. Ensure post-sale services like delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction follow-ups are completed. Build and maintain a database of clients and generate repeat sales through relationship management. Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of the showroom. Support in-store events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in 2D and 3D drafting, modular furniture layouts, and interior space planning. This role involves developing accurate and practical designs that align with client requirements, project standards, and production capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and furniture layout drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Prepare 3D views/models for furniture elements and interior layouts using SketchUp or other 3D tools. Collaborate with the design and sales team to understand client requirements and convert them into technical drawings. Generate detailed furniture component drawings (joinery, hardware positioning, laminate specs, etc.) for production. Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Revise designs based on feedback from clients, site conditions, or material availability. Maintain organized design records, drawing logs, and version control. Coordinate with vendors or fabricators when needed for technical clarity. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related technical field. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred. 0-4 years of experience in retail sales; experience in furniture/modular/kitchen/interiors industry is a plus. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language. Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS software, CRM tools). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
