Location: Fort, Mumbai (Must be willing to work at sites outside Mumbai as required)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 7 days a week (as per site needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling full site responsibilities, managing contractors, and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of work. This role requires flexibility to travel and manage outstation projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients
• Monitor material usage, quality, and timely execution
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Prepare and submit daily work progress reports
• Manage timelines and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Read and understand architectural/interior drawings
• Willing to travel and manage sites outside Mumbai when required

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in interior site supervision
• Strong understanding of interior materials and execution techniques
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and site teams independently
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as per project location
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting tools preferred
• Must be punctual, responsible, and self-driven
