Role & responsibilities Position: Interior Project Manager Location: Tirupati (Lake Valley Resort & Spa with 66 rooms) and Maharishi Ayurveda Retreat Company: Svasta Services Type: Full-time Notice: Immediate joiners only --- Job Summary: Svasta Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee the design and execution of two prestigious projects: the Lake Valley Resort & Spa with 66 luxury rooms and the Maharishi Ayurveda Retreat. The ideal candidate will manage every phase of these projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interiors that reflect Svasta Services' vision of luxury and wellness-focused living. --- Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan and execute all phases of interior design for the 66-room Lake Valley Resort and the Maharishi Ayurveda Retreat. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Design Oversight: Collaborate with the design team to review and finalize layouts, blueprints, and material selections. Ensure the designs reflect the luxury, wellness, and functionality themes of the respective projects. Implement sustainable and wellness-enhancing design solutions for the Maharishi Ayurveda Retreat. On-Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges. Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and decor to maintain design integrity. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Vendor & Procurement Management: Identify and manage vendors for procurement of materials and furnishings. Negotiate contracts and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality supplies. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress. Organize design presentations and incorporate feedback into the execution phase. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Conduct final inspections to guarantee design accuracy and quality standards. --- Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale interior design projects, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in design tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and V-Ray. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and wellness-centric interiors. --- Why Join Us?
