Job Description

Roles and Responsibility: · Coordination and supervision of workers. · Provide schedules for workers. · Assign tasks to construction labourers. · Communicate with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated. · Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project. · Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards · Keeping detailed records of work at site. · Adherence to the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines. (Project Document i.e., Project Schedule, drawing tracker, Shop Drawing submission, Material Indent, Material Indent tracker, Material Delivery tracker, Weekly progress report, sample approval tracker etc.) · Sample submission and getting approval from PMC/Architect & Client, Bill submission and follow-ups, Material order and follow-ups, Follow-ups with Contractor for manpower and project delivery on day-to-day basis. · Prepare Weekly Work Schedule in line with the Project Schedule submitted, Adhering and implementing the schedule shared · Responsible for Certifying the Contractors bill (Qty) along with QS · Ensure QS Measurements are taken as per the Payment Schedule of the Client · Other duties as per management requirement.
