Job Description

Company:

Understand client needs, preferences, and estimation, provide design solutions that align with the clients vision.
Develop detailed 2D models, sketches, and 3D models.Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to fit the design concept, prepare mood boards and other design documentation.
Optimize space layouts for functionality and flow, Integrate lighting, furniture, and decor for a cohesive aesthetic.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors, manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless execution, maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
Stay informed on current design trends and technologies, implement creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Architecture
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray
In-depth knowledge of design principles, color theory, spatial planning, and material selection.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing past design work is required.
Familiarity with construction processes and building systems.
Experience with both residential and commercial design projects.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
