The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing interior spaces in residential, commercial, or COORPORATE projects. You will collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments while ensuring the highest standards of design and functionality are met. Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs, preferences, and estimation, provide design solutions that align with the clients vision. Develop detailed 2D models, sketches, and 3D models.Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to fit the design concept, prepare mood boards and other design documentation. Optimize space layouts for functionality and flow, Integrate lighting, furniture, and decor for a cohesive aesthetic. Oversee the design process from concept to completion, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors, manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless execution, maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project. A portfolio showcasing past design work is required. Familiarity with construction processes and building systems. Experience with both residential and commercial design projects. A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
