Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer who is passionate about office spaces. You will be responsible for creating inspiring office layouts, understanding client needs, managing projects, and delivering high-quality, functional designs that reflect brand identity and enhance employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their office space requirements and design preferences
• Develop creative and practical office layouts, 2D/3D plans, and moodboards
• Create detailed technical drawings and material specifications using AutoCAD or similar tools
• Work closely with the sales and project execution team to finalize BoQs and timelines
• Manage design execution from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial interiors, modular furniture, and ergonomic solutions
• Handle site visits, vendor coordination, and design presentations confidently

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in office or commercial interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of space planning, modular furniture, partitions, and office ergonomics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
