Role Description : Architect specialising in Interior Design We are seeking a qualified Architect with a strong specialization in Interior Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural principles and technical drawings, while being highly skilled in interior design, which will be the core focus of this role. As a designer you will closely collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure that all aspects of design (concept, 3D, drawings etc) are executed to highest standards, with a deep understanding of materials. Softwares Required Autocad , Photoshop, Revit , Sketchup , V-ray, Microsoft Office, Enscape Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory) Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design Must have technical knowledge of architecture, including construction drawings, building codes, and site execution Proven experience in luxury residential and/or office interior design Strong material knowledge and ability to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, originality in design, and problem-solving ability * Excellent presentation skills * Material knowledge is required Our expectation from the ideal candidate : An architecturally trained designer who is passionate about interior design, capable of translating original ideas into refined, technically sound drawings — not just moodboards or Pinterest images. We need someone with a deep understanding of space planning, functionality, and aesthetics, with the ability to design interiors that are luxurious, unique, and buildable.
