As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in engaging with a diverse range of customers, from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor and guide, delivering exceptional customer experiences while effectively showcasing the business value of our solutions to audiences at all levels. Working alongside the UKI Sales team, you will leverage your technology and industry expertise to craft innovative solutions that address key business challenges and contribute to achieving critical metrics. Your success will be measured by the overall performance of the Sales team in driving annual revenues and providing solution expertise to support sales pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with sales teams, partners, product specialists, and industry experts to plan and execute sales campaigns successfully. You will lead client discovery sessions to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer goals, address business challenges, and pave the way for a fast return on investment. Your ability to present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively, coupled with a passion for solving business challenges, will bring substantial value to customers. Moreover, you will deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to various audiences, showcasing your expertise and understanding of customer experience management solutions. Staying abreast of the latest innovations in the field will be essential, allowing you to maximize the impact of every engagement and share your successes and learnings internally. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting, demonstrating solutions that inspire and transform customer experiences. Additionally, a background of at least 7 years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and AI will be beneficial. An autonomous self-starter with effective time management skills, you should feel comfortable collaborating across dynamic teams and working on solo projects as needed. Furthermore, a passion for storytelling and the ability to create impactful presentation and solution demonstration content will be key assets. Technical expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty Management, Analytics, Real-time Interaction Management, or other relevant technologies is advantageous. Experience in product management or post-sales software implementations will also be viewed favorably, enhancing your ability to drive continuous improvement within the Solution Engineering team and elevate your personal profile within Salesforce.,
